Midstate REMSCO

The Midstate Regional Emergency Medical Services Council represents the prehospital providers and residents of Oneida, Herkimer, and Madison Counties. The Council plans and promotes Emergency Medical Services from the onset of illness or injury through definitive medical care, and serves as the REMSCO under Article 30 of the NYS Public Health Law.

Midstate REMAC

The Regional Emergency Medical Advisory Committee provides medical control to advanced life support agencies, develops and maintains pre-hospital treatment, transport, and triage protocols, and acts as a review board for CQI issues within the Midstate Region.
