Annual Recognition for Excellence in Emergency Medical Services
The New York State Bureau of EMS recognizes individuals and agencies for clinical, educational, and administrative excellence in EMS at its annual conference each fall. Nominations are submitted through your Regional EMS Council — for our region, that's Midstate REMSCO.
Deadline
July 1
Applications must be received in the NYS submission portal by this date each year.

Complete the application — typewritten only, in a font no smaller than 12 points.

Get Regional Council approval
The Midstate REMSCO Chairperson must sign the form before submission. Discuss the nomination with your candidate beforehand.

Applications must be received in the NYS submission portal by July 1.
