The Midstate Regional EMS Council (REMSCO) is announcing the open position listed below.  Please note that the position is being posted and filled by the Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS).  Once the position is posted by them, anyone wishing to apply must do so through MVHS.  When the position has been posted, this notice will be updated with a link to the job posting on their website.

Position Title: EMS Program Agency Director

Location: Midstate EMS

Position Type: Salary

Minimum Education/Licensure: Valid NYS EMT Certification

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years

General description: The Program Agency director oversees all aspects of the Program Agency, including providing administrative support to the REMSCO and Regional Medical Advisory Committee.  Supports EMS agencies within the Midstate Region.  Works in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems to assure the Region has the information and tools necessary to provide the highest quality care to everyone who needs it.  *A full description will be available on the MVHS website once it has been posted.
